With NTR support, we can securly take remote control of your computer from any location with Internet access.
Please go to http://www.datasyncsuite.com/syncu/ after requesting or being asked to use our remote control support
The Screens below indicate if support is ready to accept your remote control request.

Pressing Start Remote Control, a Message box will be displayed. This will start a secure connection between the two computers.

After accepting the invite on our side, we will send you a request to take control of your computer. Please read conditions, and if you agree, press the accept button.

After accepting the request, a download will start to insure the remote connection is a secure one. Please accept, save, download, install and run this program. This will need to be done even if you have used NTRsupport with us before.

After opening and running the NTRsupport program, another NTRsupport box will appear showing that it is trying to connect.
When connection is complete, they NTRsupport box will show Connected. Closing this box will also cancel the remote support connection.

Note: This is typicaly done while in communication with support using voice or an Instant message service.
