With your Blackberry on, go to your Calendars and scroll over to highlight the Calendar you would like to resync.  Only highlight, do not press enter.

Type "rset" (minus to quotes)

A comformation box will display asking if you would like to reset and resync your Calendar.  Select Yes.

This will reload your calendar information saved to your Communicator email client
