Course: How to use DataSync Suite Contact Synchronization

Synchronize Contacts from Sugar and Zimbra
1. In your Zimbra account go to Address Book
2. There you will see two folders that will synchronize with Sugar and Zimbra.
- The first folder is Company Contacts
- This folder contains all of the contacts that are located in Sugar.
- The second folder is Contacts
- This folder contains your "personal" contacts, or those contacts that you have added to your Zimbra account (or Mobile Device)
3. To adding a contact that you have in Zimbra to Sugar
- Drag the contact from Contacts to Company contacts.
- This will start the synchronization to Sugar.
**Optional**
The next steps are only necessary if you would like the Contact you are syncing to be on a Mobile Device.
4.Once the contact shows up in Sugar, you can drag that contact back to Contacts folder.
- This will allow that contact to be Synchronized to a Mobile device
5. To add a contact already in Sugar to your Zimbra and Mobile Device
- Find the Contact you would like on your Mobile device and drag it to the Contacts folder.
