Course: Logging into DataSync Suite

Audience:  Users that wish to log into DataSync Suite Prerequisites:  DataSync username & password, Internet connection this applies to:  Web UI users		Time 1:37

Logging into DataSync Suite

. After going to URL:

https://portal.datasyncsuite.com

You will see the initial DataSync Suite logon screen, enter your UserName and Password to gain access

2. After entering your information, press the    button

3. A Loading Applications screen will appear, the Suite will now be displayed shortly.

• Typically the solve is to logout via the below URL and then reload The Suite.

https://portal.datasyncsuite.com/extensions/logout

• We may also need to clear the Web Browsers Cache that you use.
  • Internet Explorer = Tools >> Delete Browser History >> Delete All
  • Firefox = Tools >> Clear Private Data
  • Safari = Safari >> Empty Cache
