When you add an account in SugarCRM, that account will automatically be added to QuickBooks as a customer. The same is true if you add a customer to QuickBooks– an account will be created in CRM.
Your contact information for your customer will remain the same in each software application.
How does it work? QuickBooks Web Connector
The QuickBooks Web Connector is a software application by Intuit that enables specially designed web-based applications, such as SugarCRM, to exchange data with QuickBooks products.
DataSync will give you the download and instructions in order to sync SugarCRM and QuickBooks in DataSync Suite.
Automatically update your customer data
Once you update an account in SugarCRM or a customer in Quickbooks, the data will automatically update in the other application.
This way, your data is consistently synced, and all changes made will be updated.
For example, if you edit a customer's phone number in QuickBooks, the change will also be made in the SugarCRM account.
