Our Zimbra and SugarCRM Calendar Syncing feature allows you to use one calendar for both your personal and customer facing meetings. Your calendar information can then be automatically synced to any mobile device.  This feature allows you to set calendar meeting reminders, and get notified wherever you are.

Calendar Syncing SugarCRM ZimbraFeature Details

• All meetings and calls in SugarCRM are synced to Zimbra, including calendar reminder information.

• Zimbra calendar items are not synced to SugarCRM. This allows you to keep your personal calendaring information from being publicly displayed in your company's SugarCRM system.

• Changes to any meetings originated in SugarCRM (including date/time, duration, reminder) are synced bi-directionally between the applications.
