Email Archiving. Contact Syncing. Calendar Syncing.

DataSync has developed exclusive features that integrates two of our software applications, SugarCRM and Zimbra.

• Email Archiving – sync the email you recieve in Zimbra to the account/contact/lead in SugarCRM. Keep a constant log of communication between you and your customers.
• Contact Syncing – sync the contacts in your company contact list from SugarCRM with the contacts in your Zimbra address book. Company contacts from SugarCRM sync with Zimbra contacts, then with your mobile device.
• Calendar Syncing – sync calls and meetings from SugarCRM with your calendar in Zimbra. If you schedule a call using SugarCRM, it will automatically update in Zimbra. Any edits made will also update, in either location.

Email Archiving

1. Select the email, then click the Archive Mail button.

2. Search results will pop up. Select where you want to archive the email to.

3. The email is now archived in SugarCRM.

Contact Syncing

1. Select a contact

2. Drag and drop the contact

3. See the contact synced.

Calendar Syncing

1. Create a call (or meeting) in SugarCRM.

2. Look for the call in Zimbra.
