Calendar Syncing (Zimbra and SugarCRM)

Calendar syncing enables you to have assigned calls and meetings from SugarCRM in your Zimbra calendar.

If the call or meeting is originated in SugarCRM, it can be updated or changed from any application or mobile device.

For example, below is a screenshot of a call created in SugarCRM (click on the screenshot to enlarge).

  3. A visitor fills out a form on your website.
  4. The information is submitted to SugarCRM.
  5. The data is consolidated, allowing you to keep consistency throughout your campaigns.
