DataSync Pricing Policy

We charge you a per User fee based on the number of individuals that you have authorized to access and use our Site (“Users”), whether or not these individuals actually use the Site.  You have the option on our Service Subscription to select to make these payments on either a monthly or annual basis.  You must make an initial estimate of your number of authorized Users and pay us in advance prior to the activation of your service.

The following is a current summary of our services and related User pricing.  Please note that as we change and enhance our Services, we may change these prices upon thirty (30) day prior written notice to you using the contact information you provided on your Service Subscription.  Such changes shall take effect on your next cycle billing and will be applied to any new Users you authorize to use our service.

Billing & Payment Method.  You must pay your User fees via a preauthorized, automatic payment method such as a valid credit card, debit card, PayPal or other similar ACH bank transfer.  We will automatically bill your credit card or authorize payments under other methods upon your initial subscription and thereafter in advance on a monthly or annual basis as set forth on your Service Subscription. Any renewal charge will be equal to your number of Users multiplied by the then current per User price.  You agree to provide us with updated and current billing information, and we may terminate your service is this information is false or fraudulent.  All payments are non-refundable. 

Change in Authorized Users.  We recognize that you may change the number of authorized Users from time to time by notifying us using our support@datasyncorp.com.  When you add Users, we will automatically bill you at the then current per User price for the monthly or annual payment cycle you have selected, prorated based on the remaining portion of your billing cycle.  When you reduce the number of Users, this reduction will be reflected on your next cycle’s billing.  We do not issue refunds for reductions in the number of Users during an existing billing cycle.   

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate records necessary to verify the number of Users. Upon our written request, you agree to provide us with your records within ten (10) days. If you have more authorized Users than you have previously paid for, we will immediately bill you for these additional Users at our then current price and for our reasonable costs for reviewing your records.   

Taxes.  Please note that you are responsible to pay all taxes, including sales, use, personal property, value-added, excise, customs fees, import duties, stamp duties and any other similar taxes and duties, including penalties and interest, imposed by any United States federal, state, provincial or local government entity or any non-US government entity associated with your subscription and use of our services and our Site or the Services (collectively, “Taxes”). . If we have the legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which you are responsible, the appropriate amount shall be charged to and paid by you, unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority. For clarity, we are solely responsible for taxes assessable against us based on our income, property and employees.
