We are looking for a driven, creative individual to drive our global online marketing effort. DataSync is a software company out of Sioux Falls, SD. We are a team of developers who create and host web-based business productivity applications. Our flagship product, DataSync Suite is a tool that unites common business applications in a variety of industry verticals. We are looking for a marketing professional who understands both business and technology to help us grow our industry presence.

This position requires someone who is intelligent, a good communicator (oral and written), and understands how technology is used in business. Since this individual will be entrusted marketing products from a cutting edge technology firm, an excellent understanding of technology, business, and marketing is necessary. Our marketing coordinator will be given the opportunity to market next generation technology products and services to a corporate audience.

Position Responsibilities

Overall Strategy Development

  • Identify key goal, objective, or outcome of the marketing material
  • Manage allocation of resources and budget for producing marketing material
  • Measure return on investment (ROI)
  • Track and monitor project progress and develop project work plans
  • Identify audience and appropriate media
  • Coordinate the design, production, and writing of marketing material

Specific Marketing Mediums

  • Manage website content, including search engine optimization
  • Coordinate blogging and social media
  • Market to other tech websites
  • Coordinate marketing events (webinars, trade shows, conferences etc.)
  • Proactively look for new ways to cost effectively market products and services
