Job Description

Troubleshoot and respond to support inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide technical support for DataSync products
Troubleshoot internet browser, email client, and smart phone issues
Perform new client installations (hosted products only)
Assist clients with upgrades
Document incidents in our ticketing system
