DataSync Launches SugarCRM and Zimbra Integration

DataSync has launched two exclusive features in our DataSync Suite.™ These features integrate two of our software applications: SugarCRM and Zimbra.

The first feature is email instalink. Now you can sync the email you receive in Zimbra to your account in SugarCRM.

All it takes is a click of the ‘Archive Email’ button, and the email is automatically put into your CRM system for later reference.

The other exclusive feature in the SugarCRM and Zimbra integration of DataSync Suite is contact synchronization.

Contact synchronization allows you to sync the contacts in your company contact list with the contacts in your personal contact list. Do this by simply dragging a contact from your contact list into your company contact list. This way, all the data–whether it’s on your laptop or your mobile device– is the same.
